Beer Release: Vermillion Falls Hazy IPA is the Latest Project X Series Brew to Hit Shelves.

With just a few months left in 2024, we're dropping Project X Series 5 of 6 - Vermillion Falls Hazy IPA. Approaching this release from a slightly unorthodox standpoint, at least as far as the hop combination goes, our brewers aimed to meld the flavors of traditional IPA hops with modern varietals that produce loads of tropical fruit with the dank finish of old-schooler, Simcoe.

We conducted extensive hop trials and oil analysis which led to the combination of Simcoe, Vic Secret, and experimental HBC 586 (AKA Krush) which is known for its medley of fruit aromas, such as mango, guava, and lychee. Large whirlpool additions on the hot side add a bit more bitterness than its predecessor, Who's Whoo, so those looking for a bit more bite will appreciate Vermillion Falls.

Enough about the beer, though. The scintillating label art is the hallmark of the Project X Series, after all. Our latest artist collab is with Astral Treasure - a digital still & motion artist in addition to being a singer/songwriter and self-proclaimed good vibe maker. Her wild photo manipulation techniques and subject juxtaposition make for exactly type of background that our beer + art series requires.
