Please send us an email and include the following information:

date of purchase

name and location of retailer

product name and format (can/bottle/draft)

date on the bottom of the can (this is the package date)

All of these issues are rare. Our packaging machinery is designed specifically to prevent these types of issues, but like anything else there is a margin of error.

Double Lid - Canning machine applies two lids on top of each other.

Uncarbonated beer - Beer is flat upon opening. Caused by a microscopic hole between the wall of the can and the fold in the lid, allowing CO2 to escape slowly over time.

Partial fill - Can is not filled all the way. Also leads to flat or partially carbonated beer.

Incorrect can count - 11 cans in a 12 pack or the wrong mix of cans in a variety pack, for example.

IN ALL CASES PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IN SITUATIONS WHERE A RETAILER RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE, CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A WEB-STORE CREDIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT FOR USE ON FUTURE MERCH/APPAREL PURCHASES.
BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND A SAMPLE OR PHOTO OF THE PRODUCT/ISSUE IN QUESTION.
RETURN POLICY

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES ONLY TO ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM MOTHER EARTH, ONLINE OR IN-PERSON. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return to a Mother Earth tasting room for a refund or exchange (only applies to items purchased at Mother Earth. Proof of purchase required.

Merch & apparel are eligible for a full refund, including shipping, if the item was sent in error by Mother Earth
