DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. A dry finish with molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish medium-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there…a fantastic example of a legendary beer style. Availability - Nov-Jan.

FRESH AS IT GETS
FRESH HOP IPA
OUR ANNUAL "FARM-TO-KETTLE" BREW FEATURES freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features hop superstar Strata, well known for its distinct rich ripe strawberries, juicy passion fruit, and citrus flavor profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine.

BIG MOTHER
ANNIVERSARY TRIPLE IPA
Big Mother has been our Anniversary Ale since inception so it is near and dear to our hearts. An ever changing recipe with each vintage, it’s still everything you expect from a IIIPA: Big, but not too boozy, massively hopped, and just enough malt character to balance the higher alcohol and lingering bitterness. A whirlpool and dry hop assault lends aromas and flavors of apricot, navel oranges, red grapefruit, and papaya. Availability - May/June. This product is Vegan.
