The Four Seasons of Mother Earth is the top-tier of our beer program. Mostly barrel-aged, limited production, and exclusive distribution ensures the integrity of these unique, sought after concoctions. Occasionally collaborations with like-minded breweries are featured to provide a fun and creative outlet for our brewers that lead to special (and often impossible to recreate) handcrafted ales. This is the crème de la crème of our catalog.

WINTER '22
BBA S'MORES IMPERIAL STOUT
AFTER 12 FULL MONTHS IN BOURBON BARRELS, 4S took on a complex toasted barrel character that is further enhanced by dark, roasted malts. This brew drinks smooth with a thick body, jet black color, and brown lingering head. We also added a touch of cinnamon and dark chocolate during the whirlpool and marshmallow flavor after debarreling, which lends a graham cracker-like flavor for additional complexity. Enjoy this this campfire classic with friends and family. Best when slightly warmed.

AUTUMN '22
BBA MAPLE & PECAN IMPERIAL STOUT
4S AUTUMN '22 WAS AN OPPORTUNITY to have fun with maple, a flavor that has few uses outside of big dessert-like beers. Notes of chocolate and coffee malts also create a rich environment that meld perfectly with sweet maple and nutty, earthy pecan. The mouthfeel is thick and luscious, and the aroma is like dessert-in-a-glass without over-the-top sweetness. Brown sugar is added late-boil to create a distinct brûlée finish.

COLLABORATION WEST-COAST IPA
EXTRA PALE IN APPEARANCE and a familiar flavor & aroma comb reminiscent of dank cannabis, ruby red grapefruit, and tropical fruit, but with a modern twist, thanks to Strata, Talus, and Nelson hops. This is the pinnacle of old-meets-new. Brewed with our friends at Revision Brewing.
