Mostly barrel-aged, limited production, and exclusive distribution ensures the integrity of these unique, sought after concoctions. Occasionally collaborations with like-minded breweries are featured to provide a fun and creative outlet for our brewers that lead to special (and often impossible to recreate) handcrafted ales. This is the crème de la crème of our catalog.
BBA IMPERIAL SALTED CARAMEL OATMEAL STOUT
Jet black, full-bodied, & creamy with a rich caramel sweetness balanced by a salty finish & oaky undertones. The malt and caramel melanoidens are accompanied by burnt sugar, chocolate, and roasted coffee flavors, with dark fruit dancing in the background reminiscent of over-ripe figs and cherries.

BBA BARLEYWINE WITH PECAN FLAVOR
A big American Barleywine is something to behold and a style every respecting brewer seeks to perfect. We are bringing sexy back to a traditional English style with the addition of pecans and american oak. Expect a mahogany beer with a big body, buttery texture and caramelized pecan finish.

BBA IMPERIAL MINT CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
This 2019 bookend brew presents a bit differently than it’s series’ predecessors. Rather than blending stout barrels from a variety of crops, a single crop BA stout was selected to blend with 15% barleywine to create a softer, caramely finish. The addition of Rye Malt lends a spicy sharpness rounded by caramel malts and post-fermentation additions of rich chocolate, and mint for a truly decadent experience.

BBA IMPERIAL GRAHAM CRACKER & CRANBERRY STOUT
Like many a season before it, Autumn ‘19 is an amalgamation of a number of bourbon barrel-aged stouts that are methodically blended to compliment the dessert-like qualities of its adjuncts. The richness of the graham cracker flavors are brought to life by real ingredients in vanilla, cinnamon, and molasses, and balanced by the tartness of cranberry purée.
