We’re excited to introduce Liquid Spectrum Hazy IPA, the newest release in our rotating Project X Series—a small-batch program where brewing creativity meets original artwork.
This latest hazy IPA features a layered hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Galaxy, and Mosaic, delivering a vibrant mix of fruit-forward aromatics and a smooth, pillowy body that keeps things balanced from first sip to finish. Our brewing team puts it best:
“Silky and pale with a saturated hop profile, this Hazy IPA delivers an elevated sensory experience. Strata and Galaxy lead with notes of sweet peach, ripe strawberry, and juicy orange, finishing with a subtle hint of sweet bubblegum and a soft, balanced bitterness.”
The combination of Nelson Sauvin’s subtle white-grape character, Mosaic’s citrus backbone, and the expressive fruit notes from Strata and Galaxy creates a beer that feels dynamic but approachable—bright, juicy, and built for repeat pours.
True to the Project X Series ethos, the beer is paired with striking original artwork from Instagram artist @jamesdaus. The label explodes with color, featuring surreal betta fish gliding through a kaleidoscopic coral landscape. The visual intensity mirrors the beer itself—layered, vibrant, and constantly shifting depending on how you look at it. Follow James on Instagram for more.
Liquid Spectrum Hazy IPA (7.2% ABV) begins rolling out to distribution throughout March, with cans arriving at select retailers across our network. If you want to be among the first to try it, it will also be available in our tap rooms beginning this weekend.
As with most Project X releases, it won’t be around forever—so keep an eye out for this one while it’s making its rounds. Visit our beer finder and search near you.

This hazy IPA sounds amazing! The hop lineup is incredible. It makes me think about how we perceive colors and flavors, kinda like playing pantone birth chart to test your color memory.

The mix of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops here sounds as layered as solving a tricky yarn loop answers puzzle.
