2023 brought a year chock full of releases, particularly in our rotating hazy series, Project X. We're wrapping up the year with a another release from our “Beer + Art” series.
At 7.0% ABV and 45 IBU, Fantasia drinks more like a big-bodied west coast pale ale. Galaxy, Belma, Vic Secret, and Mosaic round out the hop bill and are added throughout the hot and cold side of the brewhouse, lending a boquet of ripe berries, apricot, and mangos throughout the whole palate.

I feel like this was one of the best years since Project X’s inception, so the bookend had to be spectacular. We spent a lot of time R&Ding these hop combinations on our pilot system and we're really impressed with the results.”

Following the tradition of the series, Mother Earth teamed up with the elusive artist known only as Automatic Bastard to create the curious cover art that can only be described as a scene straight out of a Burning Man cover shoot.
