Position Summary: The Sales Support Analyst will contribute to the overall success of Mother Earth Brew Co.’s sales force, delivering targeted analytics, logistical support, and workflow management. This position will be based in Nampa, Idaho and will report to the Director of Sales. Hiring for this position will take place in February of 2021, with an anticipated start date of March 2021. Position Requirements: · Analyze market data to help establish relevant sales metrics, provide market insight, measure performance, explain variances, and identify opportunities for growth base on established goals. · Create and maintain the sales force toolbox, including product information, sales presentations, and IRI data analysis. · Prepare and present accurate monthly reports for all Mother Earth Brew Co. sales as requested by the Director of Sales. Perform analysis on monthly sales data to provide sales team with relevant trends and market analysis to help grow sales. · Liaison with the logistics team to strategically forecast adequate inventory levels needed to meet projected sales trends. · Work with management to determine reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data reports and analysis. Generate ad hoc reporting as requested by sales team. · Manage the National Account Calendar to ensure consistent communication with retail partners, including pricing updates, new item submissions, and all related administrative elements. · Communicate quickly and effectively with Sales and Operations Managers regarding authorization voids within each Distributors footprint. · Maintain regular communication with Distributors to inform them of upcoming releases, arrival dates, approved authorizations, and ensure they maintain appropriate stock levels. · Ensure that retailer needs/deadlines are communicated to Operations Manager. · Maintain the Master Breakdown per Distributor, which provides our internal team with insight on current core inventory and potential opportunities. Qualifications: · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow exact procedures. · Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and glean relevant information from large data sets. · High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, including the ability to effectively employ pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, and formatting efficiently. · Ability to contribute and communicate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. · Ability to understand and utilize scan/depletion data and other data mining tools to accurately forecast and project sales trends. · Ideal candidate will have demonstrated success working with distributor partners, preferably within the beer industry. · Possess and maintain a positive attitude. Additional Requirements: · Must be 21 years of age or older. · Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a current (30 day) DMV record without restrictions. Why Work Here?
