Fresh Hop Season is Here, Bringing New Meaning to "Only in Your Wildest Dreams"
Updated: Oct 19, 2021
THERE ARE FEW THINGS IN THE WORLD AS MAGICAL AS FRESH HOPS. We are welcoming back one of our original annual releases in Wet Hop Dreams, this time featuring PNW all-star hop varietal, Sabro. Keeping with the tradition of selecting a single fresh hop varietal each year, our legacy brew comes in at a very drinkable 6.7%, with Sabro taking center stage in front of an appropriately muted malt bill of just Pale 2-Row and wheat malts.
A relatively new player in the hop arena when compared to some of its other popular IPA counterparts like Citra and Mosaic, Sabro is known for imparting distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream, attributes that Mother Earth strove to highlight this year.
“We’ve been experimenting with this varietal a bit in our Project X Series and were really impressed with the results. Some hops can be tricky to work with on their own but we felt that Sabro had a lot of unique flavor and aroma qualities that needed to be explored without the influence of other hops. Of course, when you have the opportunity to get them fresh, you can really capture the true essence of the hop.”
– Chris Baker, Director of Brewing Operations - Mother Earth
Wet Hop Dreams is available in 16oz 4 packs and on draft at various craft beer outlets through October and November, and also at our Nampa brewery tasting room. Search our Beer Finder to locate it near you.

I enjoyed reading this guide about tiranga game app because it keeps the explanation practical and easy to understand. Instead of filling the article with complicated details, the writer focuses on points that users are more likely to need. The advice about checking installation sources and application permissions is useful as well. Overall, this is a clear resource for beginners who want a better understanding of the application.

Thanks for the seasonal update! It’s great to see Mother Earth celebrating fresh hops each year. While enjoying a cold one, I often need handy converters for photos and spreadsheets, so tools like avif to jpg converter, convert heic to png windows, xlsx to csv converter and invisible text have been super useful. Cheers to the harvest!
Love this fresh hop feature! Wet Hop Dreams with Sabro sounds amazing—perfect for celebrating harvest season. I enjoy learning about new brews like this, and between tastings I’ve been exploring handy tools like animal generator by tuimiz, ao3 purity test, bible verses for funerals and mouse test. Thanks for sharing the story!
Thank you for putting this information together. I hope to see more updates and practical examples in future posts. https://yixscout.com/
