Irish Red Headed Stepchild Ale

Great Irish red.  Slightly on the stronger side of the BJCP style guild, but very tasty.

Description: Very smooth Irish Red with a nice roasted finish.

All Grain Version (for extract, substitute Maris Otter with 8.75 lbs Pale LME)

Grains:
11 lb  Maris Otter
1 lb Flaked Barely
8 oz Crystal 75L
4 oz Chocolate Malt

Hops:
2 oz Styrian Goldings (5.4% AA) 60 min boil
1 oz Kent Goldings (4.5% AA) 10 min boil

Yeast:
White Labs British Ale (WLP005)

Misc:
1 tsp Irish Moss 10 min boil

Mash:
4.78 gal @ 166F -> 154F for 60 Min
1.59 gal @ boil -> 167F 15 min Mash Out
