There is just so much pressure to come up with something clever, witty, meaningful, etc. This time around we just kept it simple. We found a picture of a hot chick from the 40′s, and it inspired us. With that…we introduce Pin-Up Pale.

Bittered with Summit, and dry hopped with Citra and Chinook, it’s herbal hop aroma and San Diego-style bitterness push the Pale Ale boundaries. A simple malt bill of pale 2-Row, North American and German crystal, flaked wheat, and dextrine keep it hop forward yet malty balanced.

In medieval times, the Knucker was the infamous water dragon that wreaked havoc on local farming communities by consuming local livestock and even villagers! This soothing serum was concocted to tame the savage beast!

This IPA uses a double dose of hops; American Millenium and Nelson for bittering and flavoring followed by a 7 day New Zealand dry hopping schedule that creates a strong tropical fruit nose in the glass. Light crystal malts and american 2-row create a balanced flavor that is quite refreshing.
