It’s hopiness isn’t just limited to the floral nose or lingering bitterness but a full hop flavor all the way through your palate. You’ll swear you were drinking a cream soda…with a kick. We use flaked corn and a bit of honey malt to give it a subtle sweetness; that combined with Cascade and Liberty hops make it a treat to drink. I know it sounds kind of like a chick beer, but guys…just consider it your guilty pleasure.

We found a picture of a hot chick from the 40′s, and it inspired us. With that…we introduce Pin-Up Pale.

Bittered with NZ Pacific Gem, and dry hopped with Palisade, it’s herbal hop aroma and San Diego-style bitterness push the Pale Ale boundaries. A simple malt bill of pale 2-Row, North American and German crystal, and Dextrine keep it hop forward yet malty balanced.
