Have you always wanted to brew your own beer but don’t have the stomach to go it alone?
The first of two classes will focus on how to design a recipe. We will cover a variety of topics; including how to select the right ingredients, the significance of gravity and its relationship to alcohol percentage, and we will review the recipe to be brewed on brew day (1/14).
*Attendance is free, and pizza will be provided. Classes are now full, please look out for our May session.
**Attendance to the recipe session is not mandatory to attend the brew day, but is recommended.
